Pastor-Elect Monica Gardner Pastor-Elect Monica Gardner was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  It was at the tender age of 15 that she gave her life to Lord.  She, at that time was under the tutelage of Bishop Lillian Ward of Camden New Jersey.  At the age of 17 God began to use her in the ministry.

Wanting to increase her knowledge in the word of God, she then became a student of the International Bible Institute and Seminary.  There she received her degree and teaching certificate.

Her journey in the lord led her back to Philadelphia where she met and married Elder Anthony Gardner while being taught at the B.M. Oakley Memorial COGIC, the late Mother Irene Oakley was the pastor.   Together they have 4 beautiful children, Brandon, English, Ariel and Anthony Jr.

In 1992, God led them to start a youth crusade in the Willingboro New Jersey area.  Hundreds of young people would attend these meetings.  Souls were saved, healed and delivered under God’s great power.  In September of 1993, together they opened the doors of Life Giving Word Christian Center.  Starting with only 5 members, God has tremendously favored the ministry and it continues to grow and prosper.

Pastor- Elect Gardner is being used in the healing and prophetic anointing of God.  She has a woman’s outreach ministry that has touched the lives of many.

The spirit of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and the opening of the prison to them that are bound; To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord.
